SOLONAS support illustration with Apple Watch and iPhone

Before You Contact Us

Most issues are resolved by checking these four things first.

  • Watch is on watchOS 26+ and iPhone on iOS 26+
  • NAS or WebDAV server is reachable on your network
  • Correct Host, Port, Path, Username, and Password
  • Folder path actually contains MP3 files

Common Issues

Can't connect

Try the full HTTPS URL in a browser first. If it prompts for login, your server is reachable.

https://your-nas.example.com:5006/music

Empty library

Verify the folder path exists on your NAS and contains MP3 files. Common paths:

/music /Audio/MP3 /Shared/Library

Credentials fail

Try creating a dedicated read-only WebDAV user on your NAS. Avoid special characters in the username while testing.

Playback drops

Check Wi-Fi or cellular signal strength. On Synology, ensure the WebDAV service is enabled and not rate-limited.
